NOCT brings APRS, ADS-B, MeshCore, JS8Call, packet radio, Winlink email and GOES weather satellite data onto one map, in one web interface, on a Raspberry Pi. It runs with no Internet connection at all.

Radios
APRS and packet through Direwolf or a KISS TNC, CAT control through Hamlib, MeshCore over USB or Bluetooth, JS8Call, Winlink through Pat, and satellite tracking with Doppler correction.
Response
Incidents, participant rosters, ICS-205 frequency plans, field reports over radio, ICS-309 logs and an EOC board, for emergency communications teams.
An appliance
Flash the image, power on, open noct.local or join its Wi-Fi hotspot, and the setup wizard takes it from there. No terminal needed.
